After spending most of my life as a professional athlete, I still have a deep passion for promoting health and wellness in the world.

I started this blog to share my experiences so far, what has worked for me, what didn’t, what I wish I would have done differently and so on…If I can help you by even 1% on your wellness journey, then I will be very happy.
